Ngoc-Tran Vu

Ngoc-Tran Vu is a Vietnamese multimedia artist, cultural organizer, and storyteller based in Dorchester. Her work is rooted in memory, diaspora, healing, and community power, often bridging art, public history, and social justice. Through photography, painting, sculpture, installation, and community-engaged practice, she creates spaces for intergenerational reflection, belonging, and collective care. She leads the 1975: A Vietnamese Diaspora Memorial, a community-driven public art and memory project honoring Vietnamese diaspora and refugee narrative.
